Client Marketing Associate (AI)

Location: NYC office, hybrid

Salary: $83,000–$102,000 per year, plus equity package

What you will do

• Own marketing strategy and content execution for a portfolio of advisor clients.
• Lead strategy sessions and translate advisor goals into actionable marketing plans and campaigns.
• Execute campaigns across email, social, digital, and event channels.
• Use AI tools to accelerate execution, improve content quality, and increase efficiency.
• Manage multiple advisor relationships, priorities, timelines, and campaign launches.
• Track campaign performance and budgets, maintain records, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience leading marketing strategy and content for clients or accounts.
• Experience presenting to and managing client or senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience executing campaigns through one or more channels, such as email, social, paid media, or events.
• Strong organization, communication, data analysis, and multi-project management skills.
• Experience with marketing and AI tools such as HubSpot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar.

Nice to have

• Agency or multi-client experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Exposure to financial services or wealth management.
