Global Marketing Programs Specialist (AI)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States

Base salary: $74,000–$90,000 USD per year, plus a discretionary annual variable target incentive

What you will do

• Manage integrated marketing campaign planning and execution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate product launches, content creation, internal communications, and AI adoption initiatives.
• Oversee the creation, publishing, promotion, and repurposing of marketing content with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Define and improve AI adoption processes across the global marketing team using MarTech tools.
• Establish AI automations for marketing tasks, including messaging, grammar, product descriptions, style, and voice consistency.
• Maintain content repositories and support awareness of available and planned content across marketing and sales teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of marketing experience covering content development, integrated campaigns, product launches, and AI marketing tools.
• Strong project management, prioritization, deadline management, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and remote global colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a self-starting, solution-oriented approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, project management tools, Monday.com, HubSpot, and Highspot.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Knowledge of database management technology, financial services, supply chain, healthcare, or AI marketing tools.
