What you will do

• Design and deploy agentic workflows using Claude to automate high-volume, repeatable marketing tasks.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across email, webinars, regional events, and partnership activations.
• Partner with SDRs and Sales teams to ensure smooth lead hand-off and alignment of GTM motions.
• Identify and execute co-marketing opportunities with industry associations and strategic technology partners.
• Collaborate with Content and Brand teams to develop segment-specific assets and thought leadership pieces.
• Track and report on campaign ROI, webinar metrics, and pipeline contribution using HubSpot and Salesforce.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of marketing experience across multiple channels (email, webinars, partnerships, events).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Proficiency with HubSpot and/or Salesforce for campaign tracking and operational excellence.
• AI-first mindset with demonstrated experience using tools like Claude to build automation workflows.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle competing priorities in a startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
