Market Director (Montana)

Location: Helena, Montana; on-site attendance required five days per week

Salary: $111,000–$124,800 per year, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Direct operational functions and programs for Montana non-emergency medical transportation services.
• Oversee transportation provider performance, KPIs, Perfect Trip standards, root-cause resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Lead business reviews and represent hirify.global with state Medicaid leaders, health plans, providers, regulators, and community partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance, Business Development, Government Affairs, and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Support RFPs, re-procurements, client expansions, renewals, pricing considerations, and new service pilots.
• Manage staffing, budgets, performance management, succession planning, change initiatives, and local or matrixed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation, healthcare operations, logistics, or public services, including progressive leadership responsibilities.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, unit economics, budgeting, cost control, and connecting operational metrics to EBITDA.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Understanding of Montana’s healthcare and transportation landscape and the Medicaid/Medicare regulatory environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in non-emergency medical transportation.
• Experience with Montana Medicaid, managed care, or regulated transportation.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Tableau, Salesforce, and enterprise financial tools.
• Experience supporting RFPs, client expansions, or pilot programs.
