Director, Market Leadership (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; Puerto Rico residents cannot be hired. Ability to work Central and/or Eastern Time Zone hours is required. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $138,900–$191,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage the TRICARE contract across an assigned multi-state territory, including Prime and Non-Prime Service Areas, Military Treatment Facilities, Coast Guard clinics, and National Guard and Reserve Units.
• Oversee TRICARE service delivery and network operations, including customer support, outreach, network adequacy, access-to-care standards, provider relationships, education, and management.
• Provide consultative support to Defense Health Networks and Military Treatment Facilities to develop integrated healthcare systems aligned with the Military Health System Quadruple Aim.
• Develop and implement strategies that optimize healthcare networks, improve medical readiness, and support medically ready service members.
• Coordinate diverse functions and participate in Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots aligned with value-based care.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Interim approval for a government security clearance through NBIS is required.
• At least five years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with strategic planning, the Military Health System and/or TRICARE contracts, managed care, network development and management, and fiscal stewardship or cost-trend management.
• Experience coordinating activities across diverse functions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
