Director of Operations

Location: Seymour, Indiana, United States; monthly travel to client locations is required.

Salary: $110,000–$150,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive.

What you will do

• Own the client region’s full P&L, including labor, supplies, expenses, and budget performance.
• Lead operational discipline, quality, safety, infection control, compliance, and continuous improvement across health centers.
• Coordinate workflows, staffing, schedules, and patient access across the region.
• Hire, develop, coach, and manage clinical and operational teammates, including performance reviews and accountability for results.
• Build executive-level client partnerships and drive visit volume, engagement, and participation.
• Collaborate with onboarding and enterprise teams to launch new centers and support regional growth.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry.
• Proven experience developing and leading high-performing teams across clinical, operational, and business functions.
• Demonstrated full P&L responsibility for a large business unit or division.
• Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, business judgment, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
• Passion for patient-centered care and teammate engagement.

• Experience in value-based healthcare, employer-sponsored healthcare, or population health management.
