Salary: $147,000–$179,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead provider and partner transitions while managing relationships across a large portfolio of healthcare partners.
• Oversee daily service operations and align business processes with clinical leadership and high-value patient care.
• Own P&L performance, annual account budgets, revenue, COGS, expenses, KPIs, and operational dashboards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, service quality, and coordination between departments.
• Lead team development, performance management, coaching, retention, and best-practice sharing.
• Monitor clinician capacity and coordinate staffing, licensing, privileges, recruitment, implementation, and operational governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of direct healthcare operations experience, including 3 years in leadership roles.
• Experience overseeing at least $20 million in revenue across multi-site operations.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health operations, financial management, P&L ownership, strategic planning, and project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing competing priorities in fast-paced multi-site operations.
• High computer literacy with relevant healthcare and administrative software.

Nice to have

• Telehealth experience.
• Experience with CHCs, FQHCs, CMHCs, or scheduling and staffing operations.
• Master’s degree.
