Director, Product Line Manager - Corporate Actions (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Corporate Actions product suite.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to identify product opportunities.
• Engage with clients, industry bodies, engineering, operations, compliance, sales, and other stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications and user stories, and partner with engineering and design to deliver solutions.
• Own pricing, revenue forecasting, profitability analysis, product P&L, budget planning, and margin improvement.
• Lead and mentor product managers and analysts while building cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Corporate Actions processes, including mandatory and voluntary events and tax implications, across multiple asset classes.
• Knowledge of global market practices, regulatory requirements, T+1 settlement cycles, and related operational impacts.
• 7+ years of product management experience in financial services or market infrastructure.
• Proven experience delivering complex B2B products.
• Ability to use data-driven insights and work with APIs, data models, and integration workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, written communication, and executive presentation skills.
