Product Leader (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Sunnyvale, CA (hybrid); United States (remote)

Salary: $180,000–$206,400, $190,000–$220,000, or $220,000–$248,200 annually, depending on geographic zone.

What you will do

• Develop and support the Banking as a Service platform for deposits, credit, lending, and card transaction products.
• Break down ambiguous product problems, gather cross-functional data, and apply first-principles thinking to guide decisions.
• Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap with clear requirements and business justifications.
• Maintain technical and operational knowledge of the product to inform decisions.
• Communicate product requirements to engineering and design teams.
• Drive alignment, consensus, and execution across diverse cross-functional groups.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management and/or engineering, with a track record of building fintech products.
• Experience with enterprise software, scalable SaaS platforms, and highly compliance-centric products.
• Strong technical competence and experience building high-velocity, low-latency, high-availability services with effective API design.
• Strong analytical, judgment, communication, and stakeholder-alignment skills.
• Ability to work pragmatically and collaboratively while maintaining attention to product details.
• Openness to coaching and a humble, user-first approach.
