Product Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role assigned to the Edgewood, NY or New York City offices, with remote work 2–3 days per week.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog around the highest-value features and enhancements.
• Write user stories, business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, technical teams, internal partners, and external vendors to clarify needs and deliver solutions.
• Support sprint planning, daily Agile activities, sprint reviews, product demonstrations, and retrospectives.
• Identify risks, dependencies, resource constraints, technical challenges, and stakeholder alignment issues.
• Analyze product and operational data, investigate issues, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment, including backlog prioritization, user story preparation, sprint planning, reviews, and demonstrations.
• Understanding of APIs and AWS and how they support effective product solutions.
• Experience with user acceptance testing, stakeholder communication, and managing project deliverables.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
