Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Salary: $212,000–$274,000 per year

What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs for Core Product, Communications, and Reporting and Analytics squads.
• Lead customer-focused product development from ideation through execution, delivery, launch analysis, and iteration.
• Guide development of communications infrastructure, core product surfaces, reporting and analytics capabilities, and shared platform layers.
• Partner with Technology, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Revenue, Operations, and customer-facing teams.
• Build technical roadmaps, balance technical debt, and collaborate on future-flexible architectures.
• Coach direct reports and cross-functional teams while improving product management practices and team performance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of product management experience and 3 years of product development leadership experience.
• Experience leading complex cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Experience leading technical products or a background in computer science or a similar field.
• Experience building 0-to-1 products and delivering continuous improvements to products at scale.
• Strong problem-solving, customer empathy, product quality, user experience, persuasion, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience coaching and mentoring individual contributors.

Nice to have

• Platform development experience and experience in high-growth companies or a founder or GM capacity.
• Experience in regulated domains such as fintech or healthcare.
• SQL, product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Heap, feature flagging, and experimentation experience.
• Experience using AI tooling in day-to-day work.
• Experience with late-stage or mature B2B SaaS products.
