Business / Data Analyst (AI)

Location: Virtual/remote, but candidates must be US citizens with an active Secret clearance and live within 100 miles of Lexington, Massachusetts. Occasional onsite visits to the lab may be required, but onsite work is not regular.

What you will do

• Administer enterprise generative AI platforms, including LiteLLM teams, user accounts, API keys, roles, quotas, budgets, and permissions.
• Configure platform settings to support security, governance, and operational requirements.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews, feature deployments, upgrades, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide technical customer support on access, capabilities, limitations, billing, quotas, models, and best practices.
• Work with divisions to identify AI use cases, develop prompts and agents, and prioritize needs for the AI product and services roadmap.
• Track recurring support issues and maintain knowledge base articles, documentation, and training materials as policies and technologies evolve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.
• At least 5 years of experience with documentation, troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and enterprise software platform support.
• At least 5 years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms, including user management and role-based access control.
• At least 3 years of experience with generative AI technologies, enterprise AI platforms, and technical customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience administering LiteLLM or similar LLM gateway or proxy platforms.
• Experience with Enterprise ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI services.
• Familiarity with API keys, OAuth, SSO, identity management, Python, PowerShell, Power BI, SQL, or scripting for automation.
• Experience with Agile development environments and AI platform adoption in research, government, or FFRDC settings.
• Experience identifying end-user needs and prioritizing them for an AI product and services roadmap.
