Senior Business Analyst (Agentic AI) (Agentic AI): Shaping agentic SDLC practices, AI governance, and adoption roadmaps for software delivery projects with an accent on requirements analysis, AI tooling, and measurable productivity improvements. Focus on designing guardrails, building reusable AI assets and MCP integrations, and guiding clients through complex AI adoption challenges.

What you will do
- Analyze delivery and requirements processes to identify opportunities for agentic AI adoption.
- Design and roll out agentic SDLC practices, including tooling, adoption metrics, and quality measurement.
- Run client discovery sessions and create practical AI adoption roadmaps for delivery and pre-sale engagements.
- Build reusable AI assets such as skills, prompts, sub-agent configurations, and Model Context Protocol integrations.
- Define AI governance practices, including usage guardrails, data-handling rules, and quality checkpoints.
- Perform hands-on business analysis, mentor analysts, and contribute to Center of Excellence playbooks and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in complex enterprise environments and full-cycle software delivery.
- Hands-on experience applying agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot to delivery work.
- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, specification, process analysis, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Practical experience defining AI guardrails, data-handling rules, and quality checks for AI-generated artifacts.
- Understanding of large language models, prompting, and agent architectures in software delivery contexts.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher for client sessions and documentation.

- Experience with discovery and pre-sale activities involving client stakeholders.
- Experience defining evidence-based metrics for productivity and quality improvements.
