Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Asia; fully remote and work from anywhere.

Salary: $0–$60,000 estimated base salary per year.

What you will do

• Own analyses end to end, from problem framing and data modeling through hypothesis testing and leadership recommendations.
• Build financial models, business cases, forecasts, and KPI dashboards used by founders and executives.
• Investigate pricing, churn, funnel, market, product, and operational questions and turn ambiguity into actionable decisions.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, design improved processes, and help implement them across teams.
• Coordinate special projects from kickoff to delivery and prepare strategy documents, performance reviews, and investment memos.
• Communicate complex analysis through concise, evidence-based executive presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Strategy or Operations at a Big Four or equivalent top-tier consulting firm.
• Ability to build financial models, business cases, and analyses from scratch.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, sensitivity tables, and complex formulas, plus executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, define hypotheses, identify validating data, work independently, and drive execution in a remote setting.
• Fully fluent English and comfort working with products based on uncensored models and content.
