What you will do

• Apply AI modeling to track contraction, expansion, and usage across customer segments and packaging motions.
• Identify revenue, retention, and margin growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
• Evaluate bundle performance and optimize cross-sell opportunities across the portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams to assess customer performance.
• Extract and manipulate data from disparate sources to inform commercial policies and business decisions.
• Deploy AI-driven modeling to identify behavioral patterns and streamline analytics processes.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in analytics supporting business growth, strategy, or operations.
• At least one year of experience leveraging AI for behavioral patterns or forecast modeling.
• Experience working with customer data, revenue modeling, or financial analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL query and Excel.
• Advanced AI proficiency and creative problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Seattle, WA or Minneapolis, MN.
