Senior Business Analyst, Commercial Economics (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington, United States; additional listed locations include Minneapolis, Minnesota, and El Segundo, California.

What you will do

• Apply AI modeling to build contraction, expansion, usage, and forecast reporting across customer segments and packaging motions.
• Analyze customer behavior, revenue, retention, lifetime value, and margin opportunities.
• Evaluate bundle performance and identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across the product portfolio.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Lifecycle teams on commercial and go-to-market decisions.
• Extract, manipulate, validate, and align data from disparate systems to produce actionable business insights.
• Communicate concise, decision-ready findings to business leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of analytics experience supporting business growth, strategy, or operations.
• At least one year of experience using AI to identify behavioral patterns, align data sources, or build forecast models.
• Experience with customer data, revenue modeling, or financial analytics.
• Strong SQL querying and Excel skills.
• Advanced AI proficiency and the ability to analyze large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.
