Salary: $150,000 - $225,000 USD (Base pay varies by location zone)

What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the Fraud and Account Operations platform.
• Manage the multi-year roadmap for case-management and investigation tooling to prevent complex fraud vectors.
• Drive AI-based automation for fraud alert resolution and account lifecycle claims.
• Optimize customer experiences by reducing friction and ticket volume for those affected by fraud controls.
• Architect foundational services and system controls to maintain platform security.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, engineering, and data science teams to mitigate systemic fraud.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, specifically with internal tools and fraud/risk platforms at scale.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-based automation.
• Strong technical depth in case management systems and workflow automation.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into executable business strategies.
• Bachelor’s or Master's Degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY (3 days/week onsite)
