Personal Banker Bilingual Spanish (Retail Banking)

Location: Elgin, Illinois, United States — in-office at the Elgin Larkin Branch

Salary: $45,375–$75,625 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Acquire and deepen branch customer relationships through proactive sales and service activities.
• Identify customer needs and position appropriate hirify.global banking and financial solutions.
• Conduct outbound calls, appointment setting, service-to-sales conversations, and lobby engagement.
• Educate customers on financial transaction options using technology, tools, and resources.
• Resolve customer problems while building loyalty and increasing share of wallet.
• Manage risk and complete daily branch operations accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• An associate degree or equivalent experience is typically expected; comparable education, certification, and experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, selling, prospecting, and customer needs.
• Strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
