Annual base pay: $38,250–$61,000 USD.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and provide tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell products and services to achieve or exceed branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve concerns, and educate customers on digital banking and self-service options.
• Follow regulatory and internal risk and fraud requirements while collaborating with branch teams and supporting nearby branches when needed.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Relationship-building, customer service, sales, cross-selling, communication, consultative, and influence skills.
• Digital tool proficiency, computer proficiency, basic math skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
