Senior Customer Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Singapore. Applicants who reach the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept.
• Advise customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion while maintaining relationships with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Align customer business goals with hirify.global’s product roadmap and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Carry a variable quota tied to new business acquisition, platform adoption, retention, and account expansion.
• Lead technical Quarterly Business Reviews and communicate return on investment to C-level executives.
• Use AI agents and internal platforms to automate RFP responses, security questionnaires, sandbox provisioning, and basic telemetry monitoring.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Forward Deployed Engineering.
• Broad expertise in web security, networking, routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment, with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to connect technical implementation details with C-suite business strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with hirify.global’s developer platform and AI ecosystem, including Workers AI and AI Gateway.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for integration scripts, API connectors, and edge computing functions.
• Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency.
• Fluent Mandarin for supporting Chinese-speaking customers.
