Salary: $135,000 - $245,000 base

What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within target accounts using ROI-driven solution selling.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles across diverse industry verticals and enterprise environments.
  • Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level audiences.
  • Collaborate with Lead Generation and Sales Engineering teams to maintain a healthy pipeline (4X of target).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools and prompting to improve efficiency and streamline routine tasks.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of successful enterprise software sales experience, specifically with Cloud and SaaS solutions.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas within Global 2000 accounts.
  • Experience selling RPA, cognitive capture, process orchestration, or analytics solutions.
  • Must be based in the US to manage the northeast territory.
  • BS/BA degree required (MBA preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to leverage AI for department scaling.
