Senior Solutions Engineer (GRC SaaS)

Location: Galway, Ireland or London, England, United Kingdom; hybrid work with onsite attendance at least 50% of the time for employees within commuting distance of a hirify.global office.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, supporting deal progression and commercial outcomes.
• Lead customer discovery, tailored software demonstrations, evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and sandbox success criteria.
• Design and present solution architectures aligned with customer objectives, regulatory environments, and integrated GRC programs.
• Advise senior Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Governance, Risk, and Audit stakeholders on modernizing compliance programs.
• Translate customer pain points and technical concepts into clear business value, outcomes, and success criteria.
• Collaborate with Product, support marketing initiatives, and mentor peers through reusable demos and solution patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Ethics & Compliance, GRC, or corporate Legal.
• Practical experience advising or operating Ethics & Compliance programs covering risk, policies, training, third parties, investigations, disclosures, and oversight.
• Experience with SaaS solutions or strong interest in moving into a commercial, customer-facing role.
• Strong executive-level presentation and communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Ability to partner effectively with Sales and contribute to commercial outcomes.
• Working knowledge of compliance frameworks and functions such as GDPR/CCPA, DOJ ECCP, FCPA, ISO, EU Directives, ABAC/AML, policy management, whistleblowing, and third-party risk.
