Implementation Manager for Providers (AI)

Location: United States; remote with 25–40% travel to client sites and periodic travel to the Palo Alto headquarters

Salary: $125,000–$180,000 annually, including base salary and performance bonus; equity offered

What you will do

• Own provider use case deployments from contract signature through go-live, managing timelines, quality, and stakeholder accountability.
• Create implementation charters covering configuration decisions, data requirements, go-live checklists, and sign-off criteria.
• Configure dialers, agents, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, routing logic, and workflow integrations.
• Coordinate patient data files, EHR integrations, security requirements, BAA processes, and technical connectivity with health system IT and data teams.
• Design agents that fit clinical workflows across post-discharge follow-up, disease management, care gaps, preventive care, and related use cases.
• Build the provider onboarding process and implementation playbook, then hand off complete documentation and workflow diagrams to Customer Success at go-live.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of implementation, onboarding, or professional services experience with health systems, health networks, digital health providers, or provider-focused healthcare organizations.
• Strong understanding of provider operations, clinical workflows, patient data flows, EHR workflows, and care delivery processes.
• Experience managing complex enterprise deployments with 60–120 day timelines across clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with provider IT environments, vendor onboarding, security questionnaires, BAA requirements, EHR integrations, and care management platforms.
• Strong project management and process documentation skills, including playbooks, checklists, workflow diagrams, and reusable templates.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% to client sites and periodically to the Palo Alto headquarters is required.

Nice to have

• Experience at a healthcare SaaS company serving providers or in healthcare IT consulting with provider clients.
• Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, Athena, and health system IT architecture.
• Experience with voice AI, outbound patient engagement platforms, dialers, or telephony configuration.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, CMS, state regulations, and healthcare quality reporting.
• Experience scaling implementation processes across multiple health systems or provider networks.
