Implementation Manager (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for pharmacy that streamlines prior authorizations, prescription workflows, and care coordination for specialty pharmacy.

What you will do

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, owning plans, timelines, scope, and outcomes.
• Create and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and implementation documentation.
• Coordinate internal resources and external partners to deliver implementations on schedule.
• Act as the primary customer contact and build relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering on scoping, customer transitions, integration challenges, feedback, and implementation playbooks.
• Surface risks, issues, and dependencies, escalate when necessary, and own resolution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-facing project or program management experience in enterprise healthcare SaaS or health technology.
• Experience delivering enterprise healthcare software, SaaS, or AI implementations for U.S. health systems.
• Experience at an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company from Seed through Series B.
• Strong health system domain expertise and familiarity with healthcare data, integration, and interoperability standards including FHIR and HL7.
• Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, follow-through, and independent execution skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent implementations against tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Healthcare consulting experience, including Big Four, Oliver Wyman, The Advisory Board, Chartis, or ZS Associates.
• Epic certifications or implementation and integration experience.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Loom.
• Knowledge of Agile software development processes.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
