What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and customer experience.
• Drive consumer and business household acquisition, share-of-wallet growth, business development, and community involvement.
• Coach employees on consultative selling and technology-enabled customer interactions.
• Recruit, onboard, retain, coach, and develop branch team members while managing performance expectations.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, sales practice, and business risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking, sales management, customer experience, and client counseling.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, prioritization, and people-management skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Additional background checks may be required under Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations and Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
