What you will do

• Lead the architecture, specification, development, integration, and qualification of RF power delivery subsystems for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Design and integrate RF generators, matching networks, sensors, diagnostics, transmission lines, grounding, and shielding architectures.
• Optimize RF-plasma interactions, including ignition, coupling efficiency, harmonic behavior, process uniformity, defectivity, and chamber matching.
• Lead RF subsystem integration across power delivery, chamber hardware, ESCs, gas delivery, controls, and software.
• Develop verification and validation plans, support prototype bring-up, qualification, design reviews, and customer demonstrations.
• Drive modeling, simulation, reliability investigations, corrective actions, supplier qualification, cost reduction, and manufacturability improvements.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience developing RF systems in semiconductor equipment, plasma processing, power electronics, communications, aerospace, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of RF circuit design, electromagnetics, impedance matching, transmission line theory, and high-frequency power delivery systems.
• Experience with RF generators and matching networks, hands-on troubleshooting, and laboratory characterization.
• Ability to lead complex technical programs and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor plasma processing experience, including PECVD, CVD, Etch, EPI, or surface treatment applications.
• Experience with ADS, HFSS, CST Studio Suite, SPICE, MATLAB, or Python.
• Knowledge of plasma diagnostics, RF measurement techniques, high-power or pulsed RF systems, and advanced plasma control.
• Experience working directly with foundries and memory manufacturers.
