Senior RF Engineer (RF)

Salary: $68,911–$161,544 per year

What you will do

• Develop new wireless communication products, support existing products, and improve RF-related processes.
• Lead RF circuit design from concept through production, including complete radio transceiver design and layout.
• Design and integrate RF power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers, filters, matching networks, synthesizers, VCOs, and mixers.
• Measure and validate RF circuits using spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, network analyzers, simulations, and system tests.
• Document test results, conduct field studies, and verify that products meet technical and quality requirements.
• Provide project, regulatory, reliability, component-selection, manufacturing, and service support while coordinating technicians and CAD designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, communications engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 5 years of related industrial experience.
• In-depth knowledge of electronic circuits, RF circuits, and microwave theory.
• Good understanding of RF systems and wireless communication systems.
• Ability to perform RF analysis, simulation, measurement, and design verification.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• RF certification experience.
• Expertise in communication theory and digital signal processing.
• Experience with advanced modeling and simulation.
