Principal Engineer-Systems Design (RF)

Location: Onsite at the Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania facility, United States

Annual base salary: $75,000–$232,000, plus restricted stock units and quarterly bonus payments.

What you will do

• Own complete product development projects from concept through production release.
• Develop conceptual designs, electrical, thermal, and mechanical simulations, schematics, prototypes, and manufacturing documentation.
• Design quartz precision oscillators and related frequency-control products for harsh shock and vibration environments.
• Evaluate prototypes using laboratory and environmental measurement equipment.
• Support reliability, process engineering, and quality teams during and after product development.

Requirements

• US Person status is required, with proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual classification under applicable export-control requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and at least 10 years of RF electronics design experience.
• Knowledge of RF circuits, oscillator circuits, control loops, PLL circuits, and related components.
• Knowledge of MIL-STD-202, MIL-STD-883, and MIL-STD-810 military standards.
• Experience with circuit, mechanical, and thermal simulation tools and laboratory equipment including network analyzers, phase-noise analyzers, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and shock-and-vibration tables.
• Ability to lead projects, meet commitments, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
