What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a global Product and Engineering recruiting team, providing guidance and career development.
  • Partner with business leadership to develop and execute global strategies to meet future hiring plans.
  • Directly source niche technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Define recruiting performance goals and champion process improvements for global scalability.
  • Manage other recruiting managers to help them scale their respective teams.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience managing teams of recruiters and/or sourcers.
  • 5+ years of experience specifically managing technical recruiting teams.
  • 7+ years of experience sourcing engineering talent in fast-paced environments.
