Senior Engineering Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Wilmington, Massachusetts, USA headquarters

Salary: $101,000–$138,600 base annual compensation

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain tools for tracking and forecasting engineering project labor against the P&L.
• Generate, analyze, and validate reports from Workday Timekeeping and Project Management modules.
• Manage engineering purchase requests and invoice approvals in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, and engineering stakeholders.
• Support cost-optimization initiatives by coordinating subject matter experts and reporting savings opportunities.
• Translate engineering and operational data into reports and dashboards for senior cross-functional leaders.
• Establish data governance practices that improve metric accuracy, consistency, and accountability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience generating and analyzing Workday Timekeeping reports and experience with the Workday Project Management module.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least four years of experience coordinating data analysis across cross-functional organizations, including engineering.
• Familiarity with purchase request and purchase order lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with AI tools for report generation and data analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, Microsoft Office, and prioritization skills.
