What you will do

• Lead all aspects of branch performance, revenue growth, customer loyalty, and financial results.
• Use consultative sales and business development activities to grow consumer and business banking relationships.
• Coach the team on customer experience, technology-enabled interactions, problem resolution, and omnichannel banking.
• Attract, onboard, retain, and develop branch employees through ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or relevant product knowledge.
• Knowledge of branch banking services, banking products, sales management, and customer counseling.
• Strong communication, decision-making, accountability, prioritization, and people-management skills.
• Ability to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
• Successful completion of additional background checks required under consumer financial protection regulations.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
