Finance Associate - Retail Finance Deposit Products

What you will do

• Support expense management for several retail finance business segments.
• Prepare monthly reports, monitor expenses and headcount, track invoices, and create journal entries.
• Contribute to budgeting, continuous forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
• Consolidate and distribute weekly and monthly reporting for the broader finance team.
• Prepare financial dashboards, custom analyses, and business insights for leaders and executives.
• Provide information for audits, regulatory and investor requests, and maintain sound control processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Knowledge of financial accounting, reporting and analysis, budgeting, business analytics, and expense management.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, critical thinking, decision-making, and effective communication skills.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.
