What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive refurbishment programs from conception and planning through implementation.
• Manage schedules, task details, status reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling tools.
• Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to achieve on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Provide technical and business process input within multifunctional, matrixed design teams.
• Identify project complications, develop solutions, and coordinate objectives, status updates, releases, and deployments.

Requirements

• Depth or breadth of expertise in a specialized functional discipline.
• Experience with project planning, resource coordination, cost and schedule management, and problem solving.
• Previous global supply-chain qualification or audit experience, preferably in the Asia region.
• Strong working relationships with Sales, BU Business Management, and Sales Operations.
• Ability to make executive-level presentations for customer alignment meetings.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
