Principal Program Management (Tech Infra)

What you will do

• Drive workforce planning, organizational design, hiring strategy, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational health reporting.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, including OKRs, business reviews, governance processes, and operational cadences.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, leadership meetings, Tech Summits, workshops, and planning sessions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, CapEx, OpEx, investment planning, vendor relationships, outsourcing engagements, and contract renewals.
• Develop executive reporting, dashboards, organizational communications, All Hands meetings, and leadership updates.
• Lead culture, recognition, innovation, knowledge-sharing, and employee engagement programs across the Infrastructure organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or Strategy & Operations roles.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in Engineering, Infrastructure, or Technology organizations.
• Strong business operations, organizational management, stakeholder management, analytical, and execution skills.
• Ability to work across strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution and influence without direct authority.
• Fluent Korean and English required.
