Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Jerusalem, Israel, with office presence in Jerusalem at least twice a week. One work-from-home day per week is available; remaining work may be performed from sites in Petah Tikva, Ramat Gan, or Tel Aviv.

What you will do

• Partner with Product and R&D leaders on full P&L management and business-driver analysis.
• Translate financial data into insights and business narratives for management.
• Build and maintain long-term plans, rolling forecasts, budgets, and ad hoc financial models.
• Prepare quarterly budget-usage reports and analyze actual results against forecasts and budgets.
• Support quarterly closing, including provisions, analysis, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze revenue, cost of sales, product mix, gross margin, accounting processes, budget systems, and SOX controls.

Requirements

• B.A. in Industrial Engineering and Management or Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, budgeting, or budget control.
• Proven experience building complex financial models, with knowledge of costing and gross-margin analysis.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, plus expert-level Office and Excel skills.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills; ability to work under pressure and manage heavy workloads.

Nice to have

• Experience in an industrial company.
• Experience with NetSuite, Qlik Sense, Salesforce, or Power Query.
• AI mindset or experience working with AI tools.
