Senior Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Hybrid in Austin, United States; only candidates local to the posting location will be considered.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Finance partner to the CTO and leaders across Data Engineering, Data Science, Core Tech, IT, and Security.
• Build headcount capacity models and financial scenarios for technology roadmap investments.
• Model, forecast, and optimize cloud/GCP spending and IT and security infrastructure expenses.
• Identify operational efficiencies and improve reporting processes using Power BI and AI tools such as Gemini and Claude.
• Extract, analyze, and synthesize financial data from Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian.
• Maintain scalable financial models and board-level presentation materials in Google Sheets and Google Workspace.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally supporting technology teams, cloud or infrastructure expenses, or executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technology expense structures, headcount planning, and cloud infrastructure drivers.
• Proficiency with Oracle, Workday, Concur, and Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Advanced modeling skills in Google Sheets or Excel, with experience using Power BI and emerging AI tools for workflow automation.
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and confidence when working with senior executives.
