Credit Risk Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Perform comprehensive credit risk assessments and underwriting.
• Evaluate the creditworthiness of current and prospective clients.
• Analyze financial transactions, credit histories, behavioral data, and other data sources.
• Make data-driven risk decisions and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve risk tools, monitoring, decision frameworks, and related products.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in analytical, risk, or operations-related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in credit risk, working capital analysis, and decision-making for large deals.
• Hands-on experience with KYC and KYB processes.
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, investigative review, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
