Director of Field Marketing (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote (US); ability to travel and be onsite for key events required

What you will do

• Own and execute the field marketing strategy across conferences, trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, customer events, and partner events.
• Manage event execution end to end, including vendors, logistics, travel, booth design, signage, swag, attendee experience, and follow-up.
• Drive pipeline generation through field marketing initiatives in partnership with Sales and Partner teams.
• Recommend high-impact cybersecurity events, communities, sponsorships, and executive programs.
• Work with GTM Systems & Tools teams on lead capture, attribution, campaign measurement, and event ROI.
• Manage budgets, timelines, project plans, reporting, stakeholder communications, and sales enablement for event programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of B2B field marketing experience.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and buyer landscape.
• Proven experience creating pipeline-generating programs and presenting event ROI to executive leadership.
• Ability to travel and attend key events onsite.
• Strong project management, operational execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
