M2C Process & Technology Management, Project Manager (Meter-to-Cash)

Location: Hybrid in Irwindale, California; employees are required to work and reside in California. The role includes reporting to an SCE facility for a set number of days and remote work on the remaining days. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $129,200–$193,700 per year

What you will do

• Manage one or more moderate to large, short- and mid-term projects, taking responsibility for costs, methods, deliverables, and outcomes.
• Develop project plans, budgets, resource forecasts, schedules, and delivery methods with significant independence.
• Lead cross-functional execution, information flow, governance, progress reporting, and change impact assessments.
• Analyze regulatory impacts, project risks, issues, dependencies, and deviations, and lead resolution efforts.
• Forecast resource, material, and contract costs and recommend next steps based on policy and procedure analysis.
• Protect company assets and manage sensitive customer, proprietary, medical, financial, and cybersecurity information with integrity.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of project management experience.
• Experience managing project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies throughout project delivery.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Must work and reside in California and report to an SCE facility on the required hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience leading process improvement, technology, or strategic business initiatives.
• Knowledge of utility operations, Meter-to-Cash processes, billing, or regulatory environments.
