Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: San Francisco, United States; onsite in the office 5 days a week

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year plus equity

hirify.global is building a data platform for machine learning applications, focused on reducing complexity, latency, and scale barriers through high-performance developer tools.

What you will do

• Define and execute product priorities with the VP of Product, co-founders, and engineering.
• Understand user needs across data and AI/ML teams and translate feedback into product requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, including scoping, milestones, project management, and release coordination.
• Partner with engineering on developer experience, performance, reliability, integrations, and other technically complex areas.
• Write product specifications, make tradeoffs, and define success metrics based on business and customer outcomes.
• Support pricing analysis, packaging, and feature-scoping initiatives as the company scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with technical products such as developer-facing tools, platforms, infrastructure, data systems, or similar products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
• Strong technical acumen, including the ability to discuss architecture, tradeoffs, and system constraints with engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to ship complex products in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Willingness to handle both product management and project management responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Ability to write Python for analysis, prototyping, or debugging.
• Experience with data science, analytics, experimentation, or performance-driven products.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, query engines, compilers, or data infrastructure.
• Experience building for enterprise customers and balancing platform integrity with customer needs.
