Head of Product (AI)

Location: On-site in SF/Emeryville, United States

Salary: $200K–$300K annually, plus 0.2%–0.8% equity

hirify.global is building an agentic social platform that uses AI to understand preferences, find compatible matches, and help arrange real-life dates.

What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for an agentic dating platform and broader social ecosystem.
• Build new products and features end to end, from hypotheses and concepts through launch, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
• Design how AI agents reason about compatibility, communicate with users, make decisions, and coordinate real-world outcomes.
• Establish rapid experimentation loops, including hypotheses, KPIs, A/B tests, dashboards, and weekly iteration.
• Conduct user research and city-level feedback loops to understand the drivers of successful dates and relationships.
• Collaborate closely with the founders, engineering team, and AI team to turn ambiguous ideas into production systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product experience, including ownership or leadership of major product areas.
• Experience building consumer products from scratch in startups, incubators, or new product teams.
• Background in consumer, marketplace, social, or network-based platforms.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and AI teams.
• Experience with experimentation frameworks, KPI definition, funnel analysis, product analytics, dashboards, SQL, or structured product data.
• Strong understanding of user psychology, behavior-driven design, and rapid product iteration.
