Senior iOS Engineer (Fintech)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Salary: $160K–$240K base, plus equity, bonus, and an additional bonus of up to 20% of annual salary.

What you will do

• Lead and contribute to the architecture, design, optimization, and release lifecycle of the iOS SDK.
• Profile and debug memory usage, CPU consumption, concurrency, and runtime performance.
• Design stable public SDK APIs and create documentation for developer integrations.
• Expand unit, UI automation, integration, and performance test coverage.
• Co-own mobile CI/CD workflows and investigate production issues with long-term safeguards.
• Advocate for SDK integration, performance, and reliability practices across product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Deep experience with Swift, Swift Concurrency, ARC, Instruments, iOS frameworks, and WKWebView.
• Experience building asynchronous and multithreaded architectures, frameworks, or Swift Packages.
• Strong debugging, profiling, memory-management, and performance-optimization skills.
• Ability to design, validate, and document public SDK APIs.
• Experience with UI automation testing, QA validation, feature flagging, and controlled rollouts.
• Familiarity with Xcode build tooling and mobile CI/CD pipelines, plus clear cross-functional communication.
