Founding iOS Engineer (AI)

Location: In-person in San Francisco's Financial District, five days a week

Salary: $225,000–$250,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global iOS app end to end, including architecture, performance, and native user experience.
• Build and ship mobile experiences that help users hand off real work to the assistant and see results.
• Improve reliability, latency, and responsiveness across the app.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend partners to ship ambitious features.

Requirements

• Production experience building high-quality iOS applications, including consumer apps at scale or 0-to-1 products.
• Strong knowledge of Xcode, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Swift concurrency.
• Experience owning a complex, business-critical iOS app end to end and making architectural tradeoffs.
• Strong focus on performance, security, user experience, and native Apple-platform behavior.
• Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
• Availability to work onsite in San Francisco five days per week.
