Senior Fixed Income Credit Analyst - PNC Capital Advisors

Location: In-office in Baltimore, Maryland or Cleveland, Ohio

Base salary: $112,000–$228,800 annually, plus incentive compensation based on company, business, and/or individual performance.

What you will do

• Conduct fundamental credit analysis across multiple corporate bond sectors.
• Analyze financial statements, security attractiveness, valuations, and relative value.
• Design and run securities analysis models and generate reports for portfolio management.
• Recommend specific security positions and communicate research to portfolio managers, internal partners, and external clients.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned industries or sectors and direct special projects.
• Mentor other team members.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience in credit research or other fixed income analysis covering investment-grade and high-yield securities.
• Strong financial analysis, quantitative research, critical thinking, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a disciplined, team-based, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• CFA designation.
• Experience with corporate finance, investment banking, wealth management, or quantitative techniques.
