Sr. Fixed Income Credit Analyst

Salary: $175,000–$225,000 base salary per year, plus annual incentive

What you will do

• Evaluate fixed income securities, issuers, credit risk, financial strength, valuations, yields, and duration.
• Recommend investment actions across Investment Grade, High Yield, and loan markets.
• Research and document credit recommendations across designated corporate industry sectors.
• Collaborate with traders and analysts to identify attractive corporate bonds and loans and provide pricing guidance.
• Monitor credit performance and discuss sector coverage and recommendations in daily credit meetings.
• Communicate investment performance and the investment process to portfolio managers, client teams, clients, and prospects.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant credit investment experience.
• Experience with leveraged finance and multi-sector credit.
• Knowledge of fixed income product types and investment tools.
• Strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and quantitative research.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make sound decisions, and apply a systematic thought process.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills, with knowledge of applicable regulations and internal policies.

Nice to have

• MBA or another relevant advanced degree.
• CFA designation.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment for fixed income securities.
