Salary: $86,250–$158,125 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead the technical design and development of software solutions for a large-scale collections technology modernization initiative.
• Lead delivery of team-assigned features and epics from planning through implementation.
• Analyze complex business needs and design appropriate software solutions.
• Prepare technical and procedural documentation.
• Facilitate complex problem resolution and provide technical guidance to colleagues.
• Review software coding, testing, and documentation while applying modern development methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, microservices, Oracle, and SQL.
• Experience creating technical designs, developing applications, testing software, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Ability to provide strategic technical direction while remaining hands-on in analysis, solution design, and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree and typically 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Must work in an in-office arrangement in Pittsburgh, Dallas, or Strongsville.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.
