Lead Enterprise Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from locations near Louisville, KY; Washington, DC/Arlington, VA; Dallas, TX; Fort Lauderdale, FL; or Tampa, FL. Residence within approximately 50–60 miles is required for occasional office meetups and travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

Salary: $142,300–$195,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Define enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture standards, and modernization roadmaps.
• Govern digital transformation initiatives across payer, provider, pharmacy, clinical, corporate, and technology domains.
• Lead software rationalization, technology domain strategy, application modernization, and cloud transformation.
• Drive platform standardization, operational resiliency, and cost optimization.
• Partner with executive leadership, product and engineering teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 12+ years of progressive IT domain experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise architecture initiatives in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and large engineering organizations.
• Must reside near one of the listed U.S. locations for occasional in-office meetups.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare, payer, or provider enterprise architecture experience.
• TOGAF, Azure, AWS, or SAFe certifications.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Experience with LeanIX or ServiceNow APM.
