Senior Application Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in office and 2 remote, in Burlington, MA (Boston) or Greenwich, CT. U.S. residents only; all work must be performed within the United States.

Salary: $119,900–$334,200 annual base pay, with potential additional incentives, bonuses, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the conceptualization, development, implementation, and governance of enterprise application architecture.
• Define architecture strategies and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and present business cases, architecture recommendations, and release plans to senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams through solution design, architecture reviews, and implementation planning.
• Research emerging technologies and support modernization, transformation, and R&D initiatives.
• Mentor architects, engineers, and business analysts while ensuring scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of software, application, or product development experience with significant architecture responsibilities.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale application architectures.
• Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, business information modeling, systems design, and integration strategies.
• Experience translating business strategy into technology solutions, influencing senior stakeholders, and leading complex initiatives.
• Must reside in the United States, with work performed from the Burlington or Greenwich office under the hybrid arrangement.

• IT consulting, project or program management, or large-scale application modernization experience.
