What you will do
- Define enterprise architecture strategies, principles, standards, and target-state roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Guide solution design with technology, data, security, and platform teams.
- Provide architectural oversight for major initiatives, transformations, and investment decisions.
- Translate business strategies into capabilities, value streams, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Connect strategic objectives to portfolios, initiatives, and technology investments while identifying capability gaps and redundancies.
- Advise senior business and technology leaders, facilitate strategy discussions, and mentor architects.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or related technology leadership.
- Experience applying business architecture concepts, including capabilities, value streams, and information concepts.
- Experience working in large, complex enterprises.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, integration patterns, data architectures, security, regulatory requirements, and resiliency.
- Ability to influence without authority and align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Financial services, insurance, or wealth management experience.
- Experience with TOGAF, SAFe, BIZBOK, IIBA, or equivalent frameworks and certifications.
- Experience supporting large-scale business or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
