Enterprise Architect (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, California; primarily in-office work from the Santa Clara office is required

Annual base salary: $154,000–$231,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and/or equity.

What you will do

• Guide business partners from low-code/no-code AI prototypes through secure, compliant production deployments.
• Define architectural guidelines, checklists, workflows, and governance for emerging AI use cases.
• Help Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales, and Marketing teams adopt enterprise AI platforms and native AI features in SaaS, QTC, and ERP systems.
• Operationalize risk-based deployment patterns for copilots and AI agents.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to scale proven AI solutions and deliver measurable business value.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience guiding non-technical users through AI testing, deployment, and security reviews.
• Strong understanding of generative AI patterns, including RAG and agentic workflows.
• Experience with enterprise domains such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Legal, or go-to-market/customer experience.
• Experience integrating major enterprise SaaS platforms or building solutions on an enterprise AI platform.
• Ability to design architecture checklists, apply decision frameworks, and assess vendor solutions versus custom development.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across technical and business teams.
