Manager, Corporate Security Project Management Office (PMO) (Physical Security Technology)

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work with required residence in California. Employees report to an SCE facility for a set number of days and work remotely on the remaining days. Relocation does not apply.

Salary: $143,900–$215,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of construction and physical security technology projects protecting SCE’s workforce, assets, and reputation.
• Oversee project budgets, financial tracking, cash flow planning, deliverables, installation quantities, and reporting.
• Implement and improve project intake, prioritization, governance, quality standards, and critical-issue procedures.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, opportunities, and corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Direct project planning, scheduling, estimating, scoping, due diligence, feasibility assessments, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop project management staff while coordinating vendors, contractors, business partners, and matrixed resources.

Requirements

• At least five years of combined experience performing or supervising project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience managing security or systems engineering initiatives, project budgets, and third-party contracts.
• Experience implementing enterprise-wide security infrastructure or compliance systems.
• Experience with critical infrastructure protection requirements, physical security technology controls, threat assessments, and mitigation tactics.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement and reside in California unless otherwise noted.

• Experience with law enforcement, intelligence, public-sector, or private-sector security organizations.
• Experience collaborating with executives, senior management, regulatory agencies, and external clients.
• Strong leadership, recruiting, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills.
